Los Angeles, Nov 14 (IANS) Drinking a mix of apple cider vinegar and water before eating helps in increasing the sensitivity to insulin and reducing the spike in blood sugar in those with pre-diabetes as well as type 2 diabetes while drinking green tea can calm chronic inflammation that increases the risk of heart attacks, says an expert.
